Bogot\u00e1, D. C., 30 de noviembre de 2017. Mediante el Acuerdo 1055 de 2017, aprobado el 22 de noviembre y publicado en la edici\u00f3n 50.427 del Diario Oficial, la Sala Plena de la Corte Suprema de Justicia aprob\u00f3 la reforma al Reglamento General de la Corporaci\u00f3n, dirigida a garantizar la imparcialidad, moralidad y \u00e9tica en la funci\u00f3n de administrar justicia, con la creaci\u00f3n de una medida administrativa, preventiva y no sancionatoria, que permitir\u00e1 relevar de funciones jurisdiccionales y administrativas a magistrados penalmente investigados por autoridad competente, cuya honorabilidad se encuentre cuestionada de manera grave y fundada a causa de ello.<\/p>\n
