Adicionalmente se\u00f1al\u00f3 que argumentaciones contrarias a esta visi\u00f3n, promueven estereotipos discriminatorios sobre los sujetos pasivos de esta clase de conductas, las cuales tienen mayor repercusi\u00f3n trat\u00e1ndose de menores de edad.
