Fue agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico en el cargo de Procurador 11 Judicial II Penal por concurso de m\u00e9ritos.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de un breve paso como oficial mayor del Juzgado 44 Penal Municipal de Bogot\u00e1, inici\u00f3 su trayectoria en la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n como Investigador Judicial del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI), ocupando paulatinamente en riguroso orden ascendente los cargos de profesional universitario y Fiscal delegado ante los Jueces Penales Municipales y Promiscuos, ante Jueces Penales del Circuito Especializados, Fiscal Auxiliar ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia y Fiscal ante Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial.
