{"id":29224,"date":"2020-04-14T10:37:33","date_gmt":"2020-04-14T15:37:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cortesuprema.gov.co\/corte\/?p=29224"},"modified":"2020-04-14T10:37:33","modified_gmt":"2020-04-14T15:37:33","slug":"sala-de-primera-instancia-reanudara-progresivamente-audiencias-sin-preso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cortesuprema.gov.co\/corte\/index.php\/2020\/04\/14\/sala-de-primera-instancia-reanudara-progresivamente-audiencias-sin-preso\/","title":{"rendered":"Sala de Primera Instancia reanudar\u00e1 progresivamente audiencias sin preso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Bogot\u00e1, D.C., martes 14 de abril de 2020.<\/strong> Luego de prorrogar la suspensi\u00f3n de t\u00e9rminos en algunas de las actuaciones judiciales hasta el 26 de abril y considerar que la administraci\u00f3n de justicia no se puede suspender, la Sala Especial de Primera Instancia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia determin\u00f3 ir reanudando progresivamente la realizaci\u00f3n de audiencias sin preso. Por ahora, teniendo en cuenta la fecha de prescripci\u00f3n de la acci\u00f3n penal y las que no demanden la participaci\u00f3n de testigos, ni impliquen mayores dificultades tecnol\u00f3gicas durante su realizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En consecuencia, la Sala dispuso mantener la vigencia de t\u00e9rminos y continuar celebrando de manera virtual las audiencias de los procesos con preso.
