Abogado de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (Medell\u00edn), donde tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 estudios de Filosof\u00eda. Actualmente es investigador asociado de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Chile, investigador de la Comisi\u00f3n de la Verdad y asesor del Centro Nacional de Memoria Hist\u00f3rica. Investigador senior seg\u00fan la \u00faltima clasificaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n de Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>Ha sido visiting researcher en Georgetown University, visiting scholar en Missouri State University e investigador visitante en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (beca de la Fundaci\u00f3n Carolina). Autor de seis libros y m\u00e1s de sesenta trabajos acad\u00e9micos, la mayor\u00eda de ellos en revistas indexadas sobre temas de teor\u00eda pol\u00edtica, filosof\u00eda del derecho y teor\u00eda constitucional.<\/p>\n<p>Su \u00faltimo libro se titula Rebeldes, rom\u00e1nticos y profetas.
